When I'm watching the videos of the demo gameplays, the frames seems to be a bit hard on the eyes. Almost as if it's individual frames are placed sequentially rather than a smooth movement... Like the it doesn't have consistent frame rate or the frames is limited by the video compression/frame rate being inconsistent with the record. I'm guessing the latter, but it's a bit jarring and gives me a headache.
Does anyone else experience this while watching the vids of the demo? And if you have the demo, do you have the same experience with the game as the videos uploaded.
Everything I've seen of the game looks great, but this could really kill my enjoyment.

I THINK I know what you're saying...but it's important to realize it's not optimized yet so maybe thats the issue. I'm unsure in terms of technical details though.

I haven't noticed anything like that myself on videos or the demo if i understand correctly.

You could link one of these videos and that would help determine what you mean, but from my experience the framerate has been fine and the gameplay is smooth.

Honestly it's probably because your system isn't quite powerful enough. It's not optimized yet, so if your hardware isn't really good it'll run a bit more poorly. Framerate won't be as smooth...visuals not as sharp..etc.

It's probably the PCs people are running them on. I have the demo and my PC sucks, so the frame rate is bad. I've seen other gameplay videos that looked a lot smoother. I think it's the PCs and the way the demo runs on them. I'm almost sure the console versions will run a lot better since console games are optimized to run on only one machine.

I hope that the beta runs smoothly, I would be disappointed if I had to play it in a lower difficulty just to keep Miriam at a good pace. One thing that bothered me is that I don't have a bad PC by any means, but it still seems to be VERY laggy when playing on the 1980 res. :[

After posting this, I've found some other videos that seems a bit less so. It might just be the recording and maybe the computer they're playing on. I'd link to the vid I originally got annoyed at but I can't remember which one it was.

Thanks. I did the Kickstart but I just sort of let it go on it's own. More or less my stance on all the stuff I kickstarted. Still, the excitement got to me.
