I had backed bloodstained when it was in kickstarter but now i am wanting to up my pledge and get the next tear is this possable. or can i get a 2nd tear. for example if i pledged $100 can i pledge another $100 and get a second

Yup. It's totally possible. You can either:
A. Upgrade an existing tier (from your backer management page)
or
B. Purchase an entirely new tier all together.
If you wanna upgrade your current tier, then just go to your management page and click the upgrade tier option. Or if you wanna buy a new one entirely (say as a gift for a friend) then go back to the original slacker backer option. (available from the fangamer website, or click the blue "Pledge Now" option on the Kickstarter page, and it should take you right to the slacker backer merch page)
