I'm really hoping to get those bonus items as well as the swag that goes with it.

You should still be able to upgrade your tier, yes. On your kickstarter page, there should be a 'manage/upgrade' tier option, or something like that.

Yup, slacker backer will still be available for a while, I would imagine, even though the actual Kickstarter is long over with. :)
