Want to play the demo on mac, used parallel to install steam, and it keep showing unknow error, any one could help?

I'm not an expert with Mac, but did you try "Boot Camp" yet? I heard it's the best way to run PC stuff.

Hi Guys, Finally can install the game with parallel desktop, and started the game, but its all dark when going to the 3D part, what can i do?what is the problem???Anyone can help, i almost give up but then i can start but can not play  |

It's gotta be a video card issue. Grab a PC friend, log into Steam over at their place and enjoy the demo.

Yeah. They had listed a minimum hardware requirement. It's a bit more conservative than it needs to be, because my laptop can run it, but the point is they tell you up front what is expected.
This demo was meant for one setup on the floor at E3. We weren't promised any demo, and this isn't the beta. We are lucky to have it available at any capacity.

Hi guys ! I just bought parallels desktop 12 and I can play the demo on my MAC now !
(although parallels do not actually support directX 11)
FYI, I used parallels 11 trial and it did not work for the 3D game model

Virtual Box-->Install Windows-->Install Steam-->Bloodstained goodness-->profit?
Virtual Box allows you to set up a virtual environment (allocate memory, disk space, etc.) in which to install an OS. You can run windows inside a VM (virtual machine) on your Mac. You would need a pretty powerful Mac to tackle the Bloodstained demo in a VM.
With a really, REALLY powerful machine you could theoretically have a Mac as the host OS and have Win95, Win98, WinXP, Windows 7, Ubuntu Linux, and elementary OS all running simultaneously.
If your computer is relatively high-end, then you should check it out.

If you want to perform an attack in mid-air, you need to hold down the Control key. This is for Mac dual-booted with Windows.
