So here's the deal, I changed e-mail address last month because I found it pointless to keep paying for a domain name just to keep the e-mail address. So I did a list based on websites where I had a login in Chrome and swapped everything for my gmail account. That being said, I forgot about FanGamer since they were not on my list because I only provided them my e-mail in the reward survey 
The e-mail is one of the few things that I can't change when I go back to the survey, it says to write them from that same e-mail if I wish to change it, which I can't do now that the domain has expired. I wrote them an e-mail this morning regardless, telling them that they can ask me for any sort of proof that I'm the same person.
I think it sucks that they're not relying on my Kickstarter account information, my case is just one example of not being able to use an e-mail account.
