I asked this once in KS comment but no one answer me.
But well I did asked at the wrong time lol (the last day of KS when we're after final stretch goal. My comment got buried in minutes)
It'd be so cool to have Miriam running around castle with 'Vampire Killer' playing in the background.
Also if IGA brings back too many classic weapons like shield rod, heaven swords, etc. Will he run into trouble with Konami regarding copyrighted stuff?
I hope it's not the case. I want IGA to have all the freedom he could get while making this game. But when it comes to law stuff I know nothing.

I would presume that yes Konami owns Vampire Killer and any other Castlevania music so we won't be hearing it but rather something new and just as awsomely beautiful, as far as content like classic weapons and such... Konami has about as much chance of succesfully sueing IGA as Bram Stokers family/estate have at succesfully sueing Konami for using Dracula, or Universal or Hammer for using there monsters, As long as IGA dosent steal the plot from Castlevania (not that there is that much of one to steal) he should be fine, and honestly I doubt IGA *wants* to redo Castlevania yet again, this is his game so he's gonna want to put in new stuff all the graphics and monsters have to be new anyhow why. I doubt that there will be a problem you can't copyright a genre, Konami would have filed a claim by now if they were going to do anything.

Yeah, IGA's Castlevania's are so different from everything but Rondo that I can totally see him just keeping it close to what his games evolved into. Though as a big fan of the pre-IGA era of CV, I hope he really carries in as much as he can.

Personaly I'd really like to see him bring in mostly new mythology and monsters myself, I don't wanna see an enemy that I killed several times over in 3 previous games and already know how best to beat him, though I hope there will be one or two occasional nodz to Castlevania If there are any "nods", I hope it's skeletons. I can't get enough of killing skeletons, in ANY game.

Am I like the only person ever who didn't really mind the Medusa heads??? I mean the ones that actually turned you to stone could get a little annoying some times. But I honestly liked the challenge they brought to the game. Some of the vertical shafts in the clocktower in Symphony of the Night and Dawn of Sorrow specifically weren't even challenging because of the medusa heads. They were just ANNOYING. Especially in Julius mode when I had nothing to clear the screen of them.

You would be correct in feeling that the Medusa heads of IGA's games arent partciulerly annoying or horrible, but IGA dosent really use bottomless pits and dosent use the Medusa heads the way they were used in the old games. In the old days the Medusa heads caused more deaths then any of Dracula minions or Dracula himself ever did, this was before IGA said "Law's of Physics be DAMNED!!!" and let us control our jumps... OK, IGA wasent the first and he did'nt say that but it sounded good

It doesn't even seem like it's in a wheel. Maybe it'll... hop around? I don't know, but it might not roll. I wouldn't be surprised if Iga surprised us.

OK I suppose I overstated there deadliness abit but I was taken abit more literally then I intended to be in first place and controling your jump was first avalaible abit earlier in Super Castlevania IV as far as I know and no IGA would'nt have been involved regardless, and I did say that I was only assuming and could have been wrong about your experiences !

I was listening to the Bloodlines soundtrack today for the Genesis. That's Yamune's favorite. I hope at least on PC we can mod this game. I would he quick to throw in some alternate music, even though I'm certain the music for Bloodstained will be brilliant.
