The Prequel Mini-Game will be set entirely within the Bloodstained universe, casting some light on the events that transpired prior to Miriam's awakening. This game will later be sold separately, but every $28+ backer copy of Bloodstained will come with a FREE download of this game on PS4, XB1, Wii U, PS Vita, 3DS or PC! (So backers at Physical+Digital tiers will be eligible for 2 copies of the mini-game.)
That's what we know so far. Do you own a 3DS and will you be getting this game for it?

This is a PS4 and Vita game for me! I kinda hope that this ends up being an in-game option to play kind of like how DLC adds to some game menus.

I do own a 3DS, but I haven't decided yet if I'm gonna download it for the Wii U, 3DS, and/or PC. If the 3DS version of the prequel mini game has 3D effects and a few other 3DS centric features then that will be the version I get, if it doesn't then I'll probably go with either the Wii U or PC version.

Getting it for PC (probably), even i having a 3DS.
I just expect it to be longer than No.9 minigame, as i heard it can be beaten in less than 30m. I think we should just use some interesting dialogues and wise use of puzzles and enemies, so we can extend the gameplay without additional work/content since it is supposed to be quite simple.

Don't own a 3DS. Will be getting a DRM-free PC version. I'm happy that this is happening. The assets they make for the retro prequel can be reused for the retro secret room in the main game's castle. The way these stretch goals were planned out are brilliant, really.
