If you do not have the link or the survey e-mail at all, you can e-mail Fangamer for a new link:

If your survey link is no longer working, Fangamer has said that this can be fixed by just copying the URL and pasting it into your browser's URL bar. The link in the e-mail does not work by clicking on it just due to their newsletter provider changing its tracking methods.
