Simple question really: because I'm a bit short on cash ATM, and I need to pay for insurance and all that because of international shipping and handling, just how long and/or how much time do we have to complete the survey?

Also, while this hasn't happened to me (thanks, bookmarks!) what do we do if we lose the link we received?
