Been trying to keep up with this forum and the Steam discussions on things. Though Steam can be a bit rough to read through, at times, they may have caught things we haven't, yet. Below, I will be pasting said comments as I come across ones that don't appear to have been mentioned/found on here.
Unlimited HP Max Glitch
On the room to the right before you fight Zantetsu, the room with the Axe Outsider.
After killing the Axe Outsider, there is a breakable wall on the right side of the room, if you break the wall , you will get the HP Max Up potion, and the wall will remain broken for the rest of the game.
However if you break it while you are walking into the wall, you get the HP Max up potion and when you exit the room and return, the wall is back to normal and you can get the HP Max up
again.
Doing the same trick over and over again makes my HP at 1096 at level 14.
Moon overlapping the castle!
In the red room with the large moon a few screens before Zangetsu, I noticed that the moon overlaps part of the castle, which seems unintended.

Witch's hat - Magic recovery not working?
The Witch's hat claims it "hastens magic recovery" but when equipped i don't notice any change in magic recovery.
Zangetsu disappeared during fight (seems related to the chain whip glitch, except his model apparently poofs and is still hittable)
I was using the blunderbus on him repeatedly and he disappeared. He was still there, but I couldn't see him. I couldn't hit him and he couldn't hit me. I had to exit the game and restart.
Johannes remains on Galleon Minerva despite being in town.
So I ran all the way back to the start of Galleon Minerva looking for stuff I might have missed and in the very first room you start the game in, Johannes was still there. Just standing, saying nothing.
Once you go to town and he sets up shop (or even when you first leave the ship), he really should be removed from the Galleon...

Inexplicable voice language switch
While playing the demo, voices suddenly turned Japanese, without any apparent reason, when the dialogue between Miriam and Gebel started. They stayed that way even when exiting and restarting the game, but turned back to English when I rebooted my PC. I couldn't find any way to replicate this.
conversation portraits/text boxes not appearing
at one point while accepting new quests from lindsay the conversation never started. screen darkened, but neither characters nor text appeared, i had to skip conversation to get out of it. i just turned in the first avenge quest, then started picking the new 3 one after another in quick succession, starting from third, then second i think.
The food "total bonus" UI widget stops displaying correctly.
Not 100% sure what the cause is (other than exiting the game), but the UI widget that displays the total bonuses you've gotten from food will sometimes reset and show no values, as if you have no bonuses.
Eating another food however, will cause this widget to once again update and display the proper values.

Memory leak/performance lost in Silent Gardens (Flying Morte related?)
Go to the large Silent Gardens area, the place with the Flying Mortes (you can get across the large gap using katana's special super dash move). Now, just spend a long time killing Flying Mortes in the general area (I was trying to farm for a Poison drop). Once you've killed a large number, probably around 40-60 (without leaving the general area) your framerate will start to drop as you kill more and more Flying Mortes.
I had it go from a smooth 60 FPS into the 40 something range. Upon exiting into another room and then going back in, the FPS drop will be gone. So, possibly something to do with Flying Mortes that constantly spawn?

Guns can shoot through walls
Probably not intentional, since the animation doesn't go through walls while the attack itself still does.

Moving Iron Maiden from the inside with Backdash Trickery
Before I realized that you needed to get an enemy into the iron maiden to move it, I thought it was a clever demo blockade, and decided to try to force my way through. This in itself isn't a huge issue, but the fact that it can be done could cause issues with other blockades later on.
QCF Special Returns Miriam to Standing State while Underwater
Easy to reproduce. Would probably cause issues with any pool of water.
Pool Slide Glitch
*Issue - Player can hover Miriam above a pool of water if they slide over the pool while continuing to hold crouch. While the player is not animation locked, they are limited in their actions. They can use Direction Shard abilities and Trigger Shard. Weapons have varying effects. You can use one handed weapons but certain two handed weapons will make the player fall through: Two-handed Sword, Two-handed Axe, Katana, Whip
* Occurrence - Every time
* Severity - Negligible to Low Severity. Input slightly locked as long as player maintains crouched state.
* Reproducible - When at the blood pool, slide into the pool while continuing to hold down (crouch). Must have medium to full slide distance for glitch to trigger.
