Florina is from Blazing Sword (GBA game; just called "Fire Emblem" in U.S.), the game that Lyndis and Eliwood are from, as well as a prequel to Binding Blade (Roy's game) which Bartre is from.

Yes, I just color-coded their names. Bite me!

Bartre is also in "Blazing Sword". He just... learned a thing or two since then.

I also cleared the special event (Hard) for Subaki tonight.

As for Summoning; I managed to get Robin (3-Star), Lon'qu (3-Star), Azama (2-Star), and Hawkeye (4-Star).

I'm really happy I got Hawkeye, from Blazing Sword. He's impressive even for a "Berserker" (Axe-Fighter) unit in that game, with unusually high RES growth, and the 4-Star Hawkeye I got feels overpowered.

I'll save fully upgrading my Castle for tomorrow.

I got a 4 star Hawkeye as well. He really knows how to lay down the dmg.

Note worthy summons: Tharja (4 star), Chrom (4 star), Takumi (5 star).

Now if only I can get some blue summons. Mine is a tank but can only move one space at the time.

Also, looking at the current pool of summonable characters (click on 'Details' at the summon area to see who can be summoned at this time) it seems that no one can currently get villain characters on their team. A shame, I'm really wanting Camus. But Nintendo will probably change the summon pool in due time.

I just noticed there is a cap for exp that you can gain.

I just summoned Olivia and was wanting to lvl her up asap due to her dance ability. It gives other units another move in the same turn.

Beat a lvl 8 enemy unit with her at level 1 and only gained 100 exp.

It looks like you can only gain the amount of exp that you need to get to the next level.

Anyway I summoned Corrin and Olivia, pretty happy with those.
Is it just me or are Green units rarer than the other colours? Got a ton of blue ones, decent amount of reds and blacks only got like 2 greens.
RNG gods... show me some love plis.

Also I think i finally figured out what the friends are for.
You can greet others, daily I believe, to get some feathers.

Getting the feathers are required for ranking up your units.

For me, it's Blue units that are terribly elusive. My only blue units are the good guy princess related to the main plot, and Nowi. (Though I think some blue units I had I sacrificed for Hero Feathers.)

Also, levels go all the way up to 40, though you can upgrade a character to the next star rank once they're at level 20. Currently working on getting 20,000 Hero Feathers to make Chrom a 5 star unit. Only about 3k feathers right now, though.

By sending Heroes 'home', which gives you feathers in return. Sending home 4 star heroes I'm not interested in coughs up a lot of feathers.

Arena Duels are also a way to earn Feathers. You'll get a certain amount of feathers depending upon your score. I got to the 1,100 Feathers bracket. In about 3-ish hours the current season will end, rewarding me those feathers.

They need to make a new way to earn Orbs pretty soon, though. I'm almost done with the story chapters on Hard, and nearly half-done with Lunatic, it won't be too long until I can only get Orbs when Nintendo dang well feels like handing some out. I want Orbs for more summoning, mostly looking for one of the Whitewings right now. (Catria and Est would be the most useful since I need a good Blue unit, but I'd enjoy Palla as well.)

Huh. What about the dueling swords? I know you can restore them using dueling crests, or orbs (which people should probably never, EVER do because those can be spent on heroes instead), but how long does it take for them to replenish over time?

Your three Dueling Swords will come back when it is 'tomorrow' in regards to the game, the same time when the Hero you can get in the Special Maps change. For me, 'tomorrow' is 1AM.

I refuse to spend orbs on anything besides Heroes. (Well, beside the castle upgrading, but that's already all taken care of.)

EDIT: And according to the tutorial in the Notification section, the arena is closed from Monday 5 PM to Tuesday 12:59 AM (probably based on my timezone, Central) while arena results are calculated.

I don't think that was intentional due to the technical limitations of the NES and how that was the best artists could've done at the time.

I'm glad I'm not the only person who jokes about the hands on Toad's sprite in SMB1.

Also, cleared Hard Mode in FEH's story mode.

I've also made good progress on Lunatic. (Partway through Chapter 7 in that mode.) Two more battles completed there and I can do another Hero Summoning. Since it'll be my last summoning before I have to just sit back and wait for Nintendo to distribute the necessary Orbs, I really hope my next summoning goes well.
