Hello all. Today the Fire Emblem mobile game, Fire Emblem Heroes, became available to download. In line with that, I felt it couldn't hurt to have a thread dedicated to discussion about the mobile game. (Plus, I've already drained all my stamina in the game, so I need to do something to kill time while it regenerates.)
On top of discussing it, I felt this would be a fine place for us to exchange friend codes.

Today I got... Chrom, Henry, Gunter, Donnel, and Setsuna. Also got Sophia from the event.
Only visited the summoning place twice. Since then I've mostly been spending my orbs to upgrade the castle. Upgrading the castle results in permanent increases to the Exp you collect. I'm up at the fourth upgrade Ornate Castle, and enemies now give me 80% more exp then usual. I'll get another castle upgrade (Royal Castle, costs 10 orbs) then get back to summoning heroes.

@goobsausage , don't know what you mean when you say it updates every 5 minutes. If you are talking about the blue loading thing when you go to 'home' I think that just syncs your game, to check if you haven't unlocked anything new. Scuttlest , yeah i have been doing the same. Spent my first 15 orbs summoning, the other ones I got i spent on my castle. Already at 100%. I'm just focusing on leveling the characters I have now, not going to bother with summons for a bit. Also just unlocked Sophia through an event battle. |

I don't understand why the whole game couldn't be downloaded all at once. It's a good question... maybe to avoid the "sticker shock" of a massive download all at once? Sort of weird, but it does get better past the intro. |

FYI, it's been reported that the app functions better when linked to a My Nintendo account.
I've linked mine, and the app has always been super smooth for me so far. None of the lag or crashes that other people are experiencing.
*ahem* After fully upgrading my castle (Royal Castle is the top rank) I've gone back to summoning heroes. I now have Bartre as the desperately needed Green Axe user on my team. His Hammer will be a Naga-send against the Axe Knights I keep encountering.

Florina is from Blazing Sword (GBA game; just called "Fire Emblem" in U.S.), the game that Lyndis and Eliwood are from, as well as a prequel to Binding Blade ( Roy's game) which Bartre is from. Yes, I just color-coded their names. Bite me!  |
