We just reached 19 people  . I'm thinking of wrapping this up soon as we hit 20 people. I'm going to get 2 boxes of dozen donuts so we will split 4000 yen (roughly $33 USD) + tax. Each person will probably chip in $2-$3. I'll send the payment request once I calculate the Paypal fees and tax! |

It turns out, Krispy Kreme kindly included tax on their price tag so 4000 yen in total . I'm going to charge 200 yen each person. Right now I'm testing this with XombieMike and sent him a payment request. Once this works, I'll send out to everyone else. |

Can that also be arranged? It would be about 20 messages to ArtPlay. That might be such an overload that it belongs as something separate. As for the amazing Yamane, she doesn't work at the ArtPlay office where this is going on. Getting a message to her is probably a bit more tricky. I do hope there is a list of our forum names that go along with the DoNuts though! |

My personal opinion is that this shouldn't be used as an avenue of conversation. The idea was to show our appreciation by way of pastries, and I think it should be left at that, especially if there are to be similar efforts in the future. I wouldn't want the team to feel there was some sort of obligation riding on the gift.
