Albw has a decent difficulty curve, it focuses more on exploration and puzzles than straight difficulty, and they do make good use of all the items and merging throughout, you dont end up with a bunch of items you use in 1.1 dungeons and 1 heart piece, lttp is fairly accurate just even more nonlinear except for 1 item

Nope. Can't choose 5. I've played this game series since I was 4yrs old and I'm going on 31....I've owned every single game on the list and whenever a game had it as an 'option' No Death 3 heart playthroughs. I've done speedruns, memorized lore, maps, characters, character lore, theories and more. I can honestly say, I'm obsessed with it. I love the series to no end.  |

My name is Link y'all, I'm straight out of Hyrule, been on the force of good since '86, old school... i grew up with Zelda, i love the open world of the first game, the exploration, finding all the items and seeing how far you can get with each new item, that they are able to retell the story of Link and Zelda a different way each time through the set pieces and players, as for what i dont like, its more often little annoyances, like the sailing in the original wind waker taking too long and not having much to do beyond little diversions and islands youd only visit once unless you forgot youd already been there or forgot you didnt have the item to solve that island yet, twilight princess the overworld needed more in it to do, skywards sword needed a more easily connected world to speed up your adventuring, spirit tracks and phantom hourglass i got fed up with how slow it was to get money and the randomness and expense of collecting all the boat/train? parts, i love the more open aspects of link between worlds which gave the items more than a 2 dungeon usefulness, triforce heroes is fun but i lack people to play with, hyrule warriors is fucking fun but nobody i know wants to play it cause dynasty warriors i dont want anything to really change for the sake of change, i want it to make sense within the overall themes of Zelda, i want it to further exploring, finding new places and challenges, acquiring new items and figuring out new ways to use them, i want to overcome ganon on this new battlefield and save the triforce, Princess Zelda, and Hyrule again reminds me, i need to actually finish oracles    |

Theres other things pointing to it, gamestops projections suggest a huge holiday season this year, i still consider it a rumor but thats the closest to a legit leak ive seen so far so yay possibilities \^_^/

ggguuuhhh, the videos gone. what did it have? lss, it had what was originally a rumor of a couple things like the years lineup of games (mostly codenames) and that zelda wiiu was going to pull a twilight princess when the nx released at the end of this year, from an noa employee that he had gone through the steps to verify was an actual employee, and a couple days later neogaf confirmed his source as well which put it very close to leak level info, now apparently all his videos from the last week talking about it have disappeared so i imagine nintendo stepped in, which actually is very telling since theres a lot of speculation vids saying nx is coming out this year and asking if zelda wiiu will pull a loztp already, so do what you will with that, also i think hmks videos on the subject are still up so you can look there for info on it Zelda NX Confirmation Discussion FEAT. So anyone here got Hyrule Warriors Legends for the 3DS? I got it recently my self and man I am loving this game. I own it on the Wii U, but having it portible is so nice. I can play the game anywhere so I never have to put it down. I am actually enjoying the My Fairy option more than I thought I would, simply because the fairy's are so damned powerful. You can take out an entire keep with them if they're strong enough.
Also who else here is excited for the upcoming DLC packs? I wasn't sure who to expect to come with the Link's Awakening Pack, but after seeing her design, I'm pretty excited to see how Marin would work as a fighter.

I have Legends, and I have the $20 Season Pass. (So I'll be able to enjoy new characters and weapons on the Wii U version as well.)
Marin kind of really was the obvious choice for a Link's Awakening character. Considering Koei's fondness for turning non-fighters into fighters with Hyrule Warriors, and the fact that no other LA really comes to mind. Really looking forward to seeing how she fights. All we know right now, as far as I'm aware, is that her weapon is a bell. I'd love it if she had the shopkeeper's death ray as her Musou, haha.
Though the fact that the DLC packs are Wind Waker Master Quest, Link's Awakening, Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks, and A Link Between Worlds makes me sad for two reasons. 1) Among those games I only played Link's Awakening, so I probably won't feel much connection to the new characters past Marin, and 2) this means there's probably no chance of getting Vaati into HW, unless they make a HW2.
I really want to see Vaati return, even in a non-canon thing like Hyrule Warriors. I may also be fond of Malon becoming playable.
