Hey there folks! We’re receiving a ton of messages at the moment, but I’d like to help clarify/answer some of them here! We’ll be sending the surveys off over the next several days. If you still haven’t received your survey by Monday the 21st of September, please email orders@fangamer.com. In the meantime however, please be patient! @ovg - Yep! You’ll be able to upgrade your tier and/or change your selected game platforms whenever you’d like. We currently don’t have a specific deadline for when your selected game platform must be finalized, but that likely won’t be for a while. You’ll also be able to change your shipping address whenever you’d like as well, and we’ll also send out mass address-check emails before we ship anything out. mcfrumpy - If you only backed for digital items, you can just put a “-“ into each shipping address field. Up until now our custom survey software was only intended for shipping physical merchandise, so unfortunately a shipping address is still a pre-requisite for the survey process (even if it’s just a fake address), regardless of whether the order contains physical or digital items. Sorry for the inconvenience! Redogan - The Credits Clans are an optional thing you can select if you’d like. It will list your name in the game’s credits under the “Credits Clan” of your choice. |

Backerkit would have charged for a percentage of the Kickstarter’s total, so we prefer to do this ourselves.

Finished the survey. Just hope there were no hiccups with the address. I viciously double-checked it to make sure I got it right, but I've had incidents where something wasn't mailed to me because I wrote down, say, "7th", but apparently I was supposed to write down "seventh".

Question: if I upgrade my tier from a basic digital copy to a special edition copy, would I have to pay for both? Or does the money that went towards the basic digital copy go towards the upgraded tier instead? Because I'm wary of buying two copies when I just want one.

I would say physical (I am getting both though). This may not apply to all systems but if you have to download it through their service (lets just use playstation network for example) if they end their support for the ps4 after ps5 comes out and then your HDD breaks you would have no way to play the game. If you have the physical edition all you need to do is fix/buy another ps4. If you had digital you would have to do that and buy the physical edition anyway. This is like a doomsday scenario and would be many years away but if you like to collect your games physical is the best way to go.
There are advantages to digital of course. For the ps4 example you can share the game with 1 other person. I bought both because I am keeping the physical edition sealed and gamesharing the digital edition with my gf. If we wanted to keep one sealed and both have it we would have had to buy 3 physical editions.

I'm scared about usps being the only shipping option. they have a traumatizingly bad track record from me... It's an honest to god possibility that people will get a bloodstained 2 if it comes out before I get my hands on 1 =(

It's an honest to god possibility that people will get a bloodstained 2 if it comes out before I get my hands on 1 =( Ironically I have the opposite problem UPS and Fedex often have trouble finding me because i live in the middle of nowhere and sometimes even deliver to the wrong address. USPS is the safest option for me because the mailman delivers here 6 days a week. |

Yeah extra charges too. one time they charged me 30 dollars 'duty' for a 20 dollar used game (an SNES cart without the box even ffs), and another time 35 dollars of duty for 30 dollars worth of gourmet hot sauce (got a special edition blair's variety pack thing)... with a 100 dollar order... omg.
