How many times have you played through the game?

3 times. Beat Normal, then NG + Hard and finally, NG + Nightmare mode. Carrying over and over. But i maxed everything there was to farm, ever since Normal mode. And tried out everything. Funny thing is, those nerds demanding certain things to be nerfed, either stopped half-way normal to wait for their precious "balance corrections" before progressing, or have totally no idea, how overpowered OTHER shards/combos really are... Or that if you actually bother to max everything, everything is "too strong".

Will wait for Zangetsu activation, before starting a Speed Run mode! Can't deal with crazy farming, ever again. 62 full hours was all i am ever willing to have invested, in the game total; at least, concerning MC (main character). Funny thing is, i no longer have any need to use a weapon, like, at all. Chisel Barrage/Void Ray is all i ever need. I abhor the moment, certain crybabies, will "discover" those, right after portraits, rigas and flying/velars... Seriously, stay at your nerfs and STFU of other in-game toys!

The idea of getting to a point where I could kills enemies with one hit (like the blue rose) is always fun to pursue, but never quite as fun once I'm there using it. Strange how that works :-)

On my 1st run I primarily used shards because I was focused on getting to the next part of the map to see what else there is new. For a weapon, I primarily stuck to swords (not great swords, I find those to be so slow).

On my 2nd run I spent a lot of time on weapon upgrades and trying different ones to see what really fit me. I only used OP shards when I was farming.

On my 3rd run, simply wanted to see how hard "hard" mode really was.

On this 4th run, I'm focusing more on the weapon techniques instead of shards. I love using the weapon parries!!!

10 times, to max out everything, did normal,hard and nightmare first, then 7 times hard to max familiars,bullets and consumables... sadly they nerfed and there is no dlc on the way-.- game is dead... playing hollow knight atm and trying to get all gods on radiant, set all my hopes for bloodstained to be the perfect metroidvania but the perfect metroidvania already existed and sequel for this gigantic masterpiece is coming...

all of you, even the goodmouthers of this failed ks-campain,play the team cherry unique until bloodstained dlc comes out, its really really huge, extreme difficult and rewarding, makes a lot of fun^^
(minimum ks-budget and ten times gigger and better then everything ever seen)

Cleared normal on PS4, and now working on a total beyond 100% on hard mode on xbox. I'm on techniques now, then familiars before I'm all done on xbox. After that I'll speed clear the Switch version on normal just to see my name in the credits there, and then back to xbox for either nightmare mode or dlc if it's out by then.

This is all while working a full time job with overtime.

I was on my third play through nightmare. Then they introduced the nerf. I lost interest and deleted the shortcut from my dekstop and haven't played since then.

kandrax Don't you have to use craftwork to get past the iron maidens up there?

I’ve played it twice on Normal, and now starting an OP faceroll NG+ Hard so I can have more fun collecting things for 100%.
