Paimon, Amaimon and Asmoday, are all good candidates. If not for bosses, for enemies, at least.
Bael should be something like an end-game boss?
Beliar could do as well, even though it is considered weak and other games even troll it on that, like in Darksiders 2...
The possibilities are many and the roster is large! I somehow doubt that all those tough customers can fit right in...

Which one of these are closest to a Vampire? Zepar seems to fit the bill. Red clothes/armor, familiar of lilith, related to succubi and oniromanchy (dream divination, "dream sorcery"). Oniromancy is also considered one of the noble paths of necromancy (alongside sciomancy and some more), so all the more fits the bill. Plus, some of his "aspects" and "field of expertise", remind of real life's Gilles de Rais. I believe in older Castlevania titles, Gilles was an enemy, too (64 and Legacy of Darkness). |

Ipos from Ars Goetia sounds interesting, but I would make an original design for him, not very similar to those that come on google search. Also, based on description, he could reveal important information to Miriam the moment before he dies.
In demonology, Ipos is an Earl and powerful Prince of Hell (a Duke to some authors) who has thirty-six legions of demons under his command. He knows and can reveal all things, past, present and future (only the future to some authors, and past and future to others). He can make men witty and valiant. He is commonly depicted with the body of an angel with the head of a lion, the tail of a hare, and the feet of a goose, less frequently in the same shape but with the body of a lion, and rarely as a vulture.
From older Igavanias, I would like to see Death as a boss or some incarnation of it. I would also like to see IGA as "Dracula", 1st form having classic Dracula attacks and the second form can be anything cool.

I see Bael, Asmoday and Barbatos being likely candidates for boss roles, with Bael in particular being a really powerful one. I can see Eligor being a big mook instead of a boss, perhaps a centaur-like demon (referencing his common portrayal as riding a horse) with a huge crystal lance in place of an arm. Oh, and Pure Miriam, the OP is missing the boss indicator on Vepar. |

Shax is obvious since....you know. He doesn't really fit the role of a major boss though. Perhaps taking a role similar to Paranoia from DoS.
Furfur is pretty dangerous. I can easily see him/it being a near-end boss. Creating storms is a pretty impressive feat.
Buné, probably near end-game or mid-game boss. Probably resides in the underground and is able to summon other demons to his/its aid.
