So WoW Classic is slated for an August release(thankfully well after RotN). I used to play the game back in its vanilla days, and quit some time after the first expansion. I'm probably going to give Classic a try, maybe look up some old guildmates, and see if the old style still appeals to me. Anyone else going to try delving back into the game?

I would imagine so. WoW has managed this far without dropping it, so I can't see why they'd go F2P now.

Ah, then I guess I won't be trying it out. I understand the necessity of subscription costs, but the idea of having to pay to play a game I already bought has never sat well with me.
