Me, I care more or less because I'm getting the Vita version and I'll be able to back it up to my PC using QCMA. Henkaku for 3.68 should be released by the end of the year, so this will allow me to backup my PSN profile for an offline activation. So if PSN for Vita ever goes offline or it's no longer possible to activate a Vita with PSN, I'll have backups for everything.
