I know this is probably premature to think like this. But i was reading about the upcoming 8bit that looks awesome and they plan on emailing the download codes which will make delivering them fast and hopefully available for download on release date. For bloodstained ROTN i imagine they will do a similar delivery system for digital. But when i chose a physical copy i guess i didn't consider they might wait for the release date to ship the game which could make delivery take up to 5 days to arrive depending on distance from mail point and shipping speed/cost. This is by far not a problem i will be very happy just to get the game. If this has already been answered please excuse the post and please let me know where i can look.

I imagine they thought of this as well. If I was in their position I'd ship the physical items ahead of release to minimize the wait.

Usually when you preorder something physical it's pretty much a common practice (to my knowledge) to ship things early so that they arrive on the release date or at least as close as possible.

I hope they are thinking as we are so there will not be a different timeframe for when people receive the digital codes for download vs the physical copies. I also know some online stores that do not take this into account so im taking this all with a grain of salt. I know that they are not charging additional shipping fees in the US so i also understand it might be a budget issue when timing the shipping along with the variables that are involved with distance from the shipping location vs our homes which could potentially change the date of delivery. There might not be a perfect way to handle this unless dealing with a huge shipping operation like Amazon (who also has been known to messup with delivery on occasion) has.

The goal is always to have physical games delivered as close to possible to the release date. This is FanGamer territory, so I don't know how they normally handle it.
