hehe. For the swordwhip (which is amusingly quite snakey), there were some early designs on the Kickstarter, so I'm wondering if you saw those:

Now, these were early designs and from Inti Creates, so it may very well have changed since then - in fact I expect it to have. Boss IGA of course also will not look like that in the actual game either heh, it was just a funny mock-up to introduce him in the game as a thing.

lol Azoth no that isn't official artwork and represents nothing that will be in the game, like I said it was just posted when they were telling us that Boss IGA would exist. It was actually drawn by Kari Fry, an artist that works with Fangamer, rather than the official (then) dev team. The statement that accompanies it is: "He won't look like that—not even a little like that—but we had Kari Fry create this remarkable artist's depiction for a reason. That backer-exclusive boss? It will be IGA."

As featured in update 20. When I said "these were early designs by Inti Creates", I meant the swordwhip specifically, which is pretty similar in both.

oh lol. Well in that case, yeah I agree. I'm not too fond of how edgy and skull-y it is. Something a bit more classy (or looks somewhat like the VK) would be nice.
