I had to let go of my PSP Slim quite a while ago. I had a Japanese "Felicia Blue" one, but either the disc or memory card cover wouldn't stay closed and kept it from working. I suppose I could have tried to get it fixed somehow, but after I had bought and played all the remake games I was pretty much done with it.
That's something nice about the DS lines, there's nothing like that to worry about - everything is just an open slot.
Anyway, I guess I'd say that for a mobile port, this is about as good as it could get. I would guess it will come to Steam eventually. Oh, another thing to note - you can skip Arngrim's backstory entirely. I hit start on the credits intro right after the "how nostalgic..." line and it put me in the Artolian Ruins lol. wow (aka where you already have Arngrim and Jelanda in your party)
This might mean that you can skip recruitment cutscenes of everybody? Not sure
