Grey-Redish: #C2B3AD Grey-Blueish: #9B98AA The grey-redish looks suitable for me, imo. |

JeffCross SMLMy lack of attendance is due to my children's summer vacation. My 13 year old daughter lives with my wife and I, while my 9 year old daughter still lives with my ex wife. I had not got to see my 9 year old for an entire year, so these past two weeks we have been having fun together and trying to catch up. Most of my time online this past two weeks has been when I'm at work on my phone, or after they go to bed. Yesterday I took both the girls to the airport and had some shopping and stuff to do with my wife afterwards. We will not have any kids with us until next Sunday when my 13 year old returns, so we are going to drive up to the Biltmore Estate in North Carolina for vacation. Today we are just relaxing and preparing for the drive and trip. Tomorrow and the next day I will be too busy driving and having adventures that I will not be able to do much here. IntiCreates and FanGamer have yet to publish the new website. The forum upgrade from proboards to forums.net is underway. Dan Stern with Playism now has the administrator account. He has been extremely helpful and super nice as we communicate daily to transfer things smoothly. ProBoards has all the required information for the integration to the better system, and if I had to guess, they will probably do it sometime during their operating hours next week, but I have no solid date from them. I'm still unsure on exactly how much control I will retain under the new system when it comes to installing new features, managing the existing ones, or changing the look of the forums. I assume the "fresh coat of paint" will come from FanGamer, as they are awesome with that sort of thing. They are currently busy with their EarthBound convention. Have you streamed your first play through of that yet, SML? I don't know when the design will get a nice visual upgrade from what we have now, but I'm not going to wait around for it. If we can improve the graphics today I will be pleased. If they all were to change the day after, I'm sure it would be for the better. Honestly, I'm no website designer, I'm just a fan like the rest of us. Therefore I will be happy to hand over that responsibility in full. Until then though, I don't want our members to have a poor experience with the visual design. This place should reflect the quality we come to expect from what we have seen on the KS page and the art that has inspired fans. Jeff, I can't view the new backgrounds. The host file us unreachable to me. I should have tagged you in this when I first wrote it. I thought I had already discussed the proboards to forums.net switch with you, but it may have just been mentioned in this one post. Sorry. The switch happening today was a surprise to me, and none of us had any idea that the URL we normally use would have to be redirected or I would have made an announcement. |

Personally I figured the forum changed over. I checked the Bloodstained Reddit and saw that it wasn't just me (just in case), then I just goole-fied "bloodstained forums" and bam. All of my problems were solved.

Adminator, you altered the banner per request of the official staff, right? I thought they were bringing some fresh paint here, any changes to that? Funny you ask. I think the fresh coat of paint might be the one you are looking at. Not that anyone was expected to be quoted on this, but... So now that the banner is done the only thing that sticks out in that quote is "For now". I am dedicated to making this place worthy of the Army of the Night, so upgrading the look and making more themes is always a possibility. I don't know if official staff need to worry about design. The "fresh coat of paint" was mentioned in the update because our look when that update went out was extremely basic. |

It wasn't really something I desired strongly but I do think it's easier on the eyes.
