I wish they would focus on enemy death animation rather than accessories. December updates seem to not be my cup of tea. Christmas hat is out of place in the game, but I guess it is a nod to western Christian culture.
My problem with guns is the association with today's violence. "According to the United Nations, deaths from small firearms exceed that of all other weapons combined, and more die each year from gun related violence than did in the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki combined. ReySol may be different parts of the team doing equipment vs monster design, equipment may be in a more done state and thats why its being shown and the enemy death isnt and so it looks underwhelming by comparison, maybe the christmas hat falls into the goofy side of igas games like the stuffed bear in aos >P and i would look into any statistic from a firm with a specified goal very critically (how a tic is counted, how the questions are asked, how the question is worded, who paid for it, whats the sample size, whats the sample makeup, etc), and i say this for any side of an argument that throws out statistics, but i really dont wanna get into a big debate on it when its gonna derail us oohing and ahhing over the cool news

Well, they are focusing on death animations though, evidenced by Angel coming here to ask us about what we want. I don't think we'll see the fruits of that until a bit later.
The treats are nice teases rather than updates, something extra added to marketing. They're certainly not supplanting or replacing anything. As for guns, well, I'd like to steer away from gun issues/gun control discussion.

I didn’t want to sound so negative and begin a discussion, sorry. I just like to write what I feel about each update. Not everything can appeal to everyone. I think we can all express what we like and what we don’t in the game. Anyway, I have no doubts that Iga will deliver something amazing. The whole project and its development are beautiful to follow.

About the hair.
Said it before, and say it again.
I think the hair is semi-crystallized and this is why it's stiffer.
If it moves or not, I really do not care, but if it will move. All different hair must get each a special time and effort to make them work because the shape and length might be changed greatly. Eh... it isnt that hard, I got some basic hair running in an earlier test mod pretty quickly. |
