Well I do have Terraria... Never got to Hard mode with it. But I was pretty good with a lot of things building wise.

I've had Terraria for the longest time, but only played a few minutes of it around a year or so ago (I think). I'd be down to play with you all sometime. Going to try it out sometime soon to get the hang of it.

Haven't played Terraria in some time....played a tiny bit on the new update, but not a lot since I've been playing Inquisition. Starbound.....I like the game, but hate the living *REDACTED* out of the devs. All in all, though, this is a sound idea....communities like this have spawned many a friendship

Alright then, seems like everybody here so far is in, so let's do a quick check of things:

- Who can host? Need a good upload speed, download speed and lots of RAM. Preferably someone who leaves their computer on all the time.

- Normal or Hard? Hard mode basically makes the enemies have 2x health and 2x damage, have better chances to loot rare items, and some loots only appear there. A challenge might be fun!

- No cheating! Let's be fair to all and actually play the game as an exploration RPG. I know collecting materials can be a pain when you just want to build things (big), but don't just build either.

Anything else?

Hmm, well, there's nothing wrong with building itself, only the way materials are obtained. What I'm looking for (for all of us) isn't self-sufficiency, where you're in your own part doing your own thing (even if it's for others), you can do that too in a singleplayer world, but real teamwork and challenge to build something. It could also deter other players from going out on an adventure to collect these materials because "someone who already has all the [building] mats is building something anyway so why bother?" and give them one less thing to care about.
I'm not against a creative mode, I do it too, but we have to consider how this will affect everyone's gameplay, especially for novices.

Edit: How about this: if you're not too keen on the adventure and exploration part but want to be a pure builder, let us know and we'll go collect those materials for you? You might think it's the same thing to you but the hardships and efforts to go mine them will be more satisfying once we see the buildings they make.
